5. If outside Dhaka the customer will bear the transport charges for bringing and taking AC.

6. (Outside Dhaka city) If there is a problem during AC, technicians come and go to solve the AC Technician’s side Going and comingcar rental, food &   accommodation costs will be borne entirely by the customer. 

7. (Outside Dhaka city) 100% advance should be paid with work order.

In English:

2. If you are willing to rent AC for less than 3 months, the rental of AC rental will be determined through negotiation.

3. Rent receiver must comply with the following terms and conditions:

a. Monthly rent for each month will be pay 5th or before, office of AC SERVICE at BTI Premier Plaza, Shop # 2/A, 2nd Floor, Cha # 90/A, Progoti Shoroni, shahjadpur, Gulshan, Badda, Dhaka or The money will be paid to the nominated representative via money recept by AC SERVICE BD. No payment will be accepted by AC Service BD, If the hirer in exchange for it does not accept the receipt duly signed by a representative nominated by AC Service BD.

b. Keep rented AC good, error free and efficient and AC Service BD shall be obliged to give its representative the time and opportunity to inspect it.None other than AC Service BD’s technician may be hired to repair the damaged AC. In the event of any loss of AC specified by any technician other than the designated technician other than the AC service bidder, the hireling AC shall be liable to BD for the service.

c. The hirer of the hired AC shall be under his / her own charge and supervision at the address specified. Without the prior written permission of AC Service Bd from there, the AC can not be transferred or mortgages in some other way Can’t sell, rent, transfer etc. These Terms are in accordance with AC Service Bd or unobservedly, AC Service BD shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement if the hirer breaches the breach and Immediately after AC service bd the rented AC tenant will be obliged to explain.

4. Willingness or involuntary neglect of the tenant or AC fire accepted for any other reason or Damage due to floods or destroyed or lost, Theft or Either way, the pain of the rent collector or when out of control , The rent receiver will be obliged to pay all compensation money to AC Service BD.

5. If for some reason the AC / AC indoor unit / outdoor unit needs to be removed after fitting the AC, In that case, the appropriate service charge for the AC hirer and partial gas charge must be paid.

6. The 1st party is the security party at the time of returning the AC (AC SERVICE BD) Pay back to the 2nd party (AC hirer).
If the tenant is willing to use more days / months even after the expiry of the contract, the tenant should inform the lender in a written application and according to the previous agreement, the rent of AC should be paid. Any problem with AC will be resolved within a maximum of 72 (Seventy two) hours after the company (AC Service BD) has been notified.

7. Failure to pay the rent for 2 months, the tenant will be obliged to pay back the AC.

8. The Company (AC Service BD) may cancel AC’s contract within 10 (ten) days on mobile phones or through written notice. In that case, any objection by the AC hirer would not be acceptable.

9. We will put 5 feet of copper pipe free. If you need an extra copper pipe after 5 feet of copper pipe, then the customer is required to pay an additional 300tk (three hundred) taka for running feet 1 ton to 2 toncopper pipe and an additional 350tk (three hundred and fifty) taka for copper pipes from 2.5 tons to 5 tons has to be paid.

10. The customer will take charge of the electric line or point customer to operate the AC. An extra 350tk (three hundred and fifty) taka for a ton of copper pipe should be paid.from 2.5 tons to 5 tons has to be paid.

11. If the tenant rents for 3 months but if you want to return the AC after a while or In case you want to cancel the contract, you must pay 3 months full rent.

12. If the tenant rents for 6 months but if you want to return the AC after a while or In case you want to cancel the contract, if it is before three months, then each month rent 4000 taka and the total rent for the three months 12000 taka should be paid and If after 3 months,in case From the 1st month, the monthly rent should be fixed at 4000 taka.

13. If the tenant rents for 1 years But if after some time AC wants to return or cancel the contract, If that is before 6 months, then determines monthly rent by 4000 taka, total 3 months rent is to be paid 12000 taka. However if after 3 months, In that case, the service should be informed to the AC Service BD authority through a written application one month in advance. Otherwise the 1 month rent will have to be paid extra.

14. If the tenant wants to pay the AC back at the beginning or the middle or end of the rented AC month, then the full month rent must be paid.
